Yes. Shipping is free within the UAE on orders above AED 200.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@idirskincare.com. Under our current refund policy, cancellation refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of purchase and before the order has shipped.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos, video or other proof so we can assess the issue and, where eligible, arrange a replacement.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Products that are defective or not as described may be assessed for replacement under our current policy.

A traditional bathing ritual built around cleansing, exfoliation and care. At IDIR, the sequence is Moroccan Black Soap, Kessa Glove, Ghassoul Clay, then Argan Oil or Shea Butter to finish with nourishment.

Use Moroccan Black Soap to soften and prepare the skin, rinse, then exfoliate with the Kessa Glove. Follow the directions on the individual product page and packaging, and avoid aggressive scrubbing.

Formulas vary by product. Review the ingredient list and directions for the product you are considering, and patch test when introducing a new formula. If you have a known sensitivity, contact us before use.
