idirskincare.com (the "Website") is operated by JUST FOR HIM FZ LLE, trading as IDIR Skincare ("IDIR", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Website and to every purchase you make on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Website to browse and buy our products. You may not use it for any commercial purpose, including reselling our products or advertising your own goods or services, without our written consent.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders

All products are subject to availability.
When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including delivery charges. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount paid in full.
Our products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), or in the currency you select on the Website. The price and currency shown at checkout are the amount charged.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Tabby and cash on delivery, depending on your location and order.
Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Payments made with Tabby are also subject to Tabby's own terms and approval.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Same-day delivery (Dubai only): AED 30, for orders placed before 5pm.
Standard UAE delivery: 2–3 business days. AED 15, free on orders of AED 200 or more.
Other GCC countries: rates are shown at checkout. Free on orders of AED 300 or more.

5. Exchanges, replacements and refunds

Unopened products with their seal intact, in their original packaging, can be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery for another product of the same or higher value. Return and redelivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is not as described, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will replace it.
If you cancel your order before it ships, or if we cannot deliver to your country, contact us within 3 calendar days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we transfer the refund to your bank account.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order, unless the offer states otherwise.
Discount codes and gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged for cash, are valid until their stated expiry date, and are subject to stock availability.
We may change or end a promotion at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.

7. Product information

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly from the images on the Website. Our products are made with natural ingredients, which can still cause a reaction in some people. Please read the ingredient list before use and test each product on a small area of skin first.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the IDIR name and logo, text, images, videos and product descriptions, belongs to JUST FOR HIM FZ LLE or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print it for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use it without our written consent.

9. Reviews and content you send us

When you submit reviews, comments, photos or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual right to use, publish and adapt it, including in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Links to other websites

The Website may link to websites run by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Privacy and cookies

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies and how you can manage them.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify JUST FOR HIM FZ LLE, its affiliates, officers and employees against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

13. Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

15. Sanctions

We do not supply products or services to any person or country subject to sanctions under UAE law or the sanctions programmes of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

17. Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. These Terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law requires otherwise. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
